"Best place to stay in Arenal for price and comfort. Other places charge twice as much and don’t offer anymore than you get here. And the grounds, pool, hot tubs and food are great. Service is very accommodating and truly treat you well. They can set up any excursion you want to do and have you picked up at the hotel. They can also organize in room massages singles and couples. "The views are spectacular. I wasn’t expecting to be able to look out of my window and have such a clear view of the volcano. It was really amazing. We did not have hot showers during our stay and that was the only downfall. The front desk staff said that it was not a normal occurrence. "

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."
