"We came to the city for Carnaval and stayed in a family room. The place exceeded our expectations. Plenty of nearby parking within a very short walking distance. The staff was all very welcoming. The family room is great for any family and was perfect for our needs. The location is super convenient as it’s located just steps away from Parliament with the walls of Vieux-Québec. "Endroit très bien mais le lit est trop mou pour nous. Aussi, il faisait 23 degrés dans la chambre et nous étions incapable de faire fonctionner la thermopompe pour mettre la climatisation. Comme il n’y a pas de réception incapable d’avoir de l’aider ou de changer de chambre. Le prix est excellent mais aucun service. "

Chateau Frontenac just around the corner Breakfast at a cost of $15 was good, they had crêpes, cereal, croissants, etc. Free coffee and tea, 24 hours. Our room faced the boardwalk and the river. Would definitely stay there again."
