"Le système d’air dans la chambre 403 était très fort. L’air arrivait directement sur le lit. Pas moyen de l’ajuster ni l’éteindre. Appel à la réception, elle me dit qu’elle envoi un technicien à l’instant et personne n’est venu. D’autres personnes avant nous avaient aussi installées des serviettes pour réduire. Mal dormi et mal à la gorges le lendemain. En quittant, je le mentionne à la réception, mais aucune compassion!"

"Renovations outside the place as they are to add a terrace or a bar. This takes available parking spaces. Other than that, the employees at the counter are terrific. Attached restaurant is more than good. Location of the hotel is great. This is an old place, if you expect modern style, you're at the wrong address. Knowing that, you wont be offended by hearing people in and out their room or in the corridor. Very, very nice place to stay."

"The location of the hotel is great. Stuff welcoming. We had the queen bed, smaller but nice room. The only negative thing was very strange and loud noise starting at 6:20 am on Sunday morning. It woke us up and was impossible to continue sleeping. The same noise happened on the Sunday night after 22:20. Thankfully did not last for a long so our second night sleep was not disturbed. I read somewhere that Quebec City has no noise policy from 23:00- 7:00. Not sure if that is true considering the...

"My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Cap Diamant for several nights in January and loved it! The hotel has been recently updated and is so beautifully done. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious. The croissants are baked by a person who won "the best croissant" contest in Quebec and they are delicious! There is also a wine machine in the lobby. "Excellent location close to main historic attractions and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped and nicely furnished. Decorations were a bit austere. What could be improved? Garbage bins at the building entrance could be managed better as they blocked the sidewalk during the whole four day stay and garbage was scattered around. "
