"For my first visit to Colombia, I chose to stay at Firenze Lofts based on the description in Expedia and the recommendation of my friend who lives in Medellín. Our room was bright and open and had a beautiful view of the city. Having a small kitchen in the room was very convenient. The hotel was located in a residential area, so my friend and I got around mainly by Uber. However, the hotel provided transportation to El Poblado for its tour packages. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave me a workout with my Spanish. Overall, my experience at Firenze Lofts was very positive. "

"The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "

My rate included free breakfast. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included many delicious options. Although, I did not use the pool or workout facility, they both looked amazing. "
