"Best B&B on Ile d’Orleans! Owned by a super hospitable family. I met the father and the daughter and they are very friendly. The decor is unique, the breakfast is authentic, with a nice river view. "Did not like: nobody to welcome you. No signs to indicate the inn (we arrived around 8:30 PM and it was night). Nobody answered at the front door. I then phoned and somebody guided me, but I never saw him. Entered the inn using the back door. "This place was clean and sleek, and made for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the minimal look, as it helped make it feel clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the air vent between the bathroom and the bedroom seemed to be connected as smells in the bathroom find their way into the bedroom. Not very romantic. But otherwise, everything was very nice, updated very nicely, clean and comfortable. Oh, and it would be nice to be able to lock the door to the suite from the inside. "
