"First time staying in a grand base and we were all really impressed. The room was brand new, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was excellent and the washing machine inside the unit was very useful. "

"We love the property especially because it is so convenient for transportation and as a mom, I LOVE the washing machine and the drying function of the bathroom. Only thing I concerned was the check in center is 3 minutes walk away, and one electric plug on the wall was partly detached and a bit less safe I felt. "I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by.
