"The rooms were satisfactory; however, the elevators cost us so much time and inconvenience. The preselection of destination floor seemed to be aimed at efficiency and eco-friendliness, but often by the time the elevator finally arrived, it was already full. This “feature” was not well thought-through."

"Great location! Old glory hotel Rooms are not big and we had no view at all. Make sure to check that when you reserve Hotel needs a tune up but still a great option "

"Very good hotel. Excellent facilities and staff. The Summit bar is spectacular. Only 2 minor complaints. We reported the in-Room safe broken on our first morning, but it was never fixed, and as far as I know, no attempt was made to fix it. Also, the family room has a sofa bed which made a very loud metallic noice when ever the person sleeping in it moved! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"unique and beautiful historic property. our room also had a separated twin bed area that would have been great for third traveller if we had had one on this trip. in our case, we just enjoyed the extra space. highly recommend!! "

"My husband and I took our two children (8 and 6) for a 4 night stay from Christmas eve. The hotel was Excellency; staff couldn't be more helpful, the room was immaculate, spacious and incredibly comfortable, the included breakfast was brilliant with every option available (as well as damn tasty!), the spa facilities were perfect for what we needed (great sauna and steam room and the small whirlpool kept the kids entertained as well as improved my stamina against the current!). Location was perfect and made Oslo super easy to get around being located next to a tram stop and near the main train terminal. Plenty of restaurants near by as well as shops and the Christmas market. Can't fault out stay with you! Thank you!!"
