The preselection of destination floor seemed to be aimed at efficiency and eco-friendliness, but often by the time the elevator finally arrived, it was already full. This “feature” was not well thought-through."

"Very good hotel. Excellent facilities and staff. The Summit bar is spectacular. Only 2 minor complaints. We reported the in-Room safe broken on our first morning, but it was never fixed, and as far as I know, no attempt was made to fix it. Also, the family room has a sofa bed which made a very loud metallic noice when ever the person sleeping in it moved! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"The property is very clean and nice looking, and it's easily walkable to the shopping district and several major attractions. Property needs more parking spaces to accommodate a full hotel. Overflow parking was parking under trees or in an grassy area. Additionally, our booked Deluxe room was not properly reserved in their system, so we were downgraded to a standard twin and they were fully booked and unable to adjust our booking. "Location was excellent. Staff were mostly helpful. Rooms were terribly small and had only two plugs. One was at the desk at the foot of the bed, which was not helpful for plugging in a CPAP machine, the other was at floor level across from the bathroom. No plug near the bed."

"The property was clean and comfortable. I was quiet supprised at the facilities available for use in the lower communal area ie washing machine, dryer, microwave, table tennis. Filter coffee and waterwas available for guests free of charge, tgere was also a selection of sandwiches for purchase with a fruit bowl. The staff were helpful and very friendly. "
