"Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "

Given the timescales involved none of this rings true and I’m furious that I had to book alternative accommodation at short notice and extra cost. Customer services were absolutely no help, kept yawning through my call, and made the Booking with confidence guarantee a joke.
