"Just a short walk from Pasar Seni station (itself only 1 stop from KL Sentral) it's in an excellent location - Central Market is across the road, Petaling Street even closer. Merdeka 118 being so close was a surprise. Being right on the edge of Chinatown you are spoilt for choice when it comes to food, and there are many hidden speakeasy bars. The hotel is beautifully restored; we had an Urban room which was spacious and very comfortable. All the staff are polite and friendly. Special mentions...

"Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company."

"This was an OK stay, as it was a good location and did the job for me to sleep and store my things, but I will not be back again. The first room I was assigned to smelled very musty and my bed wasn’t cleaned with new sheets, so I had to go to the reception to get a new room assignment. They don’t give you a top sheet for the bed, but the fitted sheet to cover the mattress had stuff on it — a small rubber piece, fuzz and hairs. They give just a thin blanket which I questioned its cleanliness...
