"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the station, and has convenient access to Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. There's also a bus station with a direct airport limousine service, which makes traveling very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, with decent amenities, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good stay with no major issues—would recommend for those looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Sapporo."

"Over all process from the booking to checkout was so smooth even for a single moment we didn't think about anything. The property is well maintained and very neat and clean it feels like you are staying your own apartment in a different location it was tht comfortable "

"Very clean and had every amenity provided (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries). But one of the upper bunks creaked a lot. Probably needs tightening of the screws. Good thing we only needed 3 beds so it didn’t affect us. Location was very near both the subway and streetcar (5 min walks) Can take airport bus straight to Sapporo prince hotel and then walk 10min to accommodation. "

"繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。"

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"It is a great property, very clean, and especially the host, very friendly and helpful, and very prompt and detailed communication. Only to note that there is steep staircase between the beds and the toilet and it may be inconvenient for elderly travellers "

"Stumbled onto this place when I could not find a place slopeside. Lucky to have done so. Better to be here just off the center of town with much more to do than slopeside. Place was immaculate and exquisitely thought out. Cannot imagine a friendlier more helpful staff. Eateries were well thought out and designed, and a lot of fun. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Niseko."

"I stayed at this property to be in Sapporo for the Snow Festival. Location was awesome. There are several convenience stores nearby for quick snacks and meals if you like. Also a great ramen shop right behind the hotel around the corner. Perfect Stay!"

"Right along the main high street for accessing the shopping district. Was really cool seeing the car park handler having a flip board to help speed up the process communication process. The hotel does have a form for suitcase shipping between hotels if you ask for a Yamato shipping form and helped me fill out the form with shipping my suitcase back to Tokyo. My friends with me during the stay also highly rated the cleaning service that's down the street as well."
