"We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel...

"There was nothing about this place not to like. The staff were super helpful, creative in their daily activities, kind and thoughtful. The grounds were immaculate and the food at the restaurants was well priced and quality products. You didn’t need to step foot out of the property if you’re looking for a place suitable for total r and r. "

"Breakfast was a little bit ordinary not many option. Fuse blew out lamp and took out all power. Very noisy at night not from traffic but people out late talking on balconies. Pool area not inviting so if you are looking to spend a lot out of the hotel is okay "
