"Noisey with a lot of crying children near the garden delux rooms, the kids zone was closed due to maintenance which was frustrating since travelling with younger children. Seen a child vomit in garden bed and watch staff throw a bucket of water over it. Gross. Sadly I don’t think we will return after staying there half a dozen times in the past. "

"Firstly the breakfast choices are really big, vegetarian,Asian and western cuisine, guarantee you have something to eat. And the choices are different every day, really a highlight for the stay. The swimming pool is also nice to swim inside and the water is warm, feeling relax. The hotel location is perfect, close to discovey mall, lippo mall, kuta art market and Carla spa. "Beautiful accommodation, but outside the perimeter of the property were people walking the streets at night appear to be men hanging out together on the street drinking but once you get inside the perimeter of the property, it’s absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast buffet is incredible"
