Metro public transport was nearby just across the road which was great and very convenient. The surrounding area around the hotel was not so nice. It was surprising to experience a large amount of trash and fly tipping in the area, along with a number of rough sleepers in the area. We did not feel particularly safe if we deviated from the route from the hotel to the metro."

"Beautiful stay. Spacious room with a view of USJ park. Lovely separate bath shower, toilet and sink 👌working AC. Big bed. Security was great-have to tap your card to go in the lift up to the rooms. 5 minute walk to USJ. Food in Universal city mall. Just a bit of a trek to come from central Osaka. Self-check out via machines. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to stay. Staff were friendly. Water machines on each floor. No complaints."

"Super easy checkin. No wait. Large room with a nice view and amenities. Right at the airport but I didn’t hear a single plane, car or other guest at all. Location made getting my JR Pass, IC card and money exchange a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel if arriving after dark like I did. I was able to get a good nights sleep and an early start on my Japan adventure. "
