"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"Water heater is not working throughout my stay and the stay not initiate anything to working on the water heater. Wifi also is not working, even if connected, within a few second the connection is failed "

"This property does not exists. I don't know why Expedia is still listing this property. When you get to the location, supposed "agents" of other properties will advise you that Imbi suites have not existed for the last 2 years. They will offer you the properties they managed at an absurd prices hoping that you will have no choice but to take their offer, especially if it's late at night. "

I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour! "Had a short 3 day stay in KL in a 2 br suite in Jan. Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Service from front desk staff was particularly outstanding. Perfect for our needs."

"The Mandarin Oriental is a beautiful hotel that is perfectly located in the City Center district. The staff was extraordinarily professional and kind. What made my stay even better was all the front doormen. I want to especially acknowledge Alam and the morning doormen. He was kind and made us feel welcome beyond our expectations. Malaysia is a beautiful country & the Mandarin Oriental reflect its beauty ."

"Excellent everything. Room excellent. Beautiful view. Breakfast buffet had variety and was excellent Going up to lobby on 68 before going down to get out of hotel was weird. That’s the only thing, but, but it was convenient anyway and had a beautiful view from up top"

Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur On The Park, an IHG Hotel

"All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit."
