"It wasn't what i expected It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room. Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all. Its just like hiring a room."

"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. "Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"Pros: close to bus station., there is a lot happening in the vicinity. Cons: the room had no ventilation (no window to the outside world) excrpt for a fan."

"Water heater is not working throughout my stay and the stay not initiate anything to working on the water heater. Wifi also is not working, even if connected, within a few second the connection is failed "

"This property does not exists. I don't know why Expedia is still listing this property. When you get to the location, supposed "agents" of other properties will advise you that Imbi suites have not existed for the last 2 years. They will offer you the properties they managed at an absurd prices hoping that you will have no choice but to take their offer, especially if it's late at night. "
