"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. "Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. "This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. "
