"We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. "This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. "It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc..
