"Poorly maintain building. Stain on bedsheet. The toilet flush did not work all the time. The teaspoon was sticky and cups have stains. The two sachets of instant coffee were hard and chunky. "The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property. "
