"We stayed for four nights and we really enjoyed it. The new rooms are really beautiful. Great breakfast and nice pool. We completely relaxed when we stayed there and would not mind coming back. The neighbourhood was so so though. And don't follow Google Maps on your way there! Stick to the main road."

This is a great alternative to an all-inclusive hotel, in a remote location in the South of Crete, away from the busy areas of the North. "The Coriva Beach hotel is a delight. Everywhere you look, the property is beautifully maintained, everything is just aesthetically pleasing, the staff is warm and friendly. "Very nice hotel for the price. Some nice restaurants nearby. Only issue we had was the number of stray cats around the hotel, who can be too friendly and don't give you any piece when lounging around the pools. It's not pleasant to be sunbathing when a cat jumps on you and sticks their claws into you!!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would have preferred a sandy beach, but there is nothing the owner can do about that. The children enjoyed snorkeling by the rocks, and I enjoyed kayaking. Local restaurants were great, we didn't have to drive anywhere to eat in the evenings."

"My stay was lovely, and this property is very unique - traditional cottages but with the feeling of modern comfort. It was driving distance to what ended up being my favorite beach in Crete, and Ioanna was a wonderful host, very helpful and accommodating, and it was lovely to spend some time chatting with her about the cool history of the property.
