"The hotel itself is lovely, very modern, impeccably clean. W loved the little private beach as the sea was a perfect temperature! The only negative is every day between 12-3pm a DJ plays banging “Ibiza tunes” and you cant get away from it. It is such a strange vibe as most people there when we were there were of an older generation and every time he started up there were groans from everyone around us!! You couldn’t escape the sound- we could hear it on the beach! We were half board and food...

"Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach always busy, lots of kids. "Excellent environment for family vacation "

"Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

"Neu eröffnetes Hotel, das teilweise noch eine Baustelle ist. Leider wurde das Zimmer nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, es war extrem staubig und die Dusche sowie die Spiegel und der Balkon wurden gar nicht gesäubert. Die Auswahl der Speisen war leider sehr gering, meistens war das Essen maximal lauwarm oder bereits kalt. Viele Getränke kosten trotz All In extra, Cola etc. leider aus der Zapfanlage mit Sirup.
