"There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. The rooms are on 46F to 51F. The rooms are incredibly clean and sizeable. The views are great. The service at the hotel was some of the best I've seen so far. "The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"Our stay was great. The room and linens were clean, with 2 double beds, they were firm, I believe most are in Japan. Pillows were good size, I have neck problems so I usually travel with my own. They were not to large, or heavy. In the states I think most are annoyingly large, definitely creating a kink in the neck. So I appreciated this maybe more than some would. "The pokemon theme room quite impressive although the snorlax pushy looks a bit dirty. The whole room is with pokemon design except the toilet. Around 10mins walk from station, no shelter. "

Location convenient 7eleven and about 15 min walk to many other food options. I'm a more quiet part of town. Initially went to another Ueno Monday closer to the food so be aware. They have great toiletry, beds were spacious & clean! Bunk bed for my daughter a bit low ceiling. Great stay overall! "

Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. Staff came from diverse backgrounds and were super friendly, we also stayed on Mimaru in Kyoto and had the same great experience. "
