"Nice hotel in a nice location. Some reception staff are more helpful than others. Breakfast is awful. Cleaning staff take all of 1 minute to "refresh" your room. At check in you're asked to give a 1000 baht deposit, which is absolutely fine. At check out we were told that a bottle opener was missing from our room. "Somebody was at the ferry port to assist us to the lobby. Check in was quick, Villa was beautiful. But Mosquitoes were everywhere. We found other bugs in our bedroom.
