From our pick up at the ferry docks to our departure in a hired van to the nearest airport that the hotel arranged our stay was wonderful. As per the hotels notes there is no hot water, our shower was quite cool later in evening. "Very near to the Aonang Night activities. But room is very old and not clean entirely. Bed is covered with plastic and very hard. Only provide 1 pillow for each person. No kettle or iron. Only clean the room when asked and at 5pm. Water pressure is low. TV cannot be used at all. Wifi is unavailable. Overall please find another hotel."

"This could be a decent property if someone actually cared. Lots if stuff laying around. A toilet brush got thrown on the ground after use and stayed there for four days. Sheets and towels get washed and thrown on a couch until they are needed again. Not folded. Garbage and junk everywhere. Ants in our room constantly and no spray. The room was clean but the overall impression was not great. Would not stay here again. "

Now here are the downfalls, which for these reasons I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there. "Somebody was at the ferry port to assist us to the lobby. Check in was quick, Villa was beautiful. But Mosquitoes were everywhere. We found other bugs in our bedroom. Such an unpleasant way to sleep/get ready. Location was perfect for us but our neighbors were bothered by the music nearby keeping them up until 1am. Close to the beach. "
