"Great stay, only criticism is the mattress is very hard. Would stay again though, very central but didn’t hear any noise from my room"

"We spent six nights at Phi Phi Relax resort. We were a bit unlucky with the weather most of the days, with rain, strong winds and lots of clouds, which we were told was very unusual. I also had a very bad stomach for one and a half day, but the staff was so nice and helpful, both to my husband, who had to eat his meals alone, and to me bringing medicine and rice soup and being very caring Thank you, Laura, and all the rest of you. Be aware, that when you arrive on the longtail boat, you will get wet, when you get off, as there is no pier. So shorts are recommended. Also, it is good to bring some bathing shoes, as there are quite a few rocks in the water. When the water is clear, you will see them (and a lot of fish), but on windy days, bathing shoes are nice to have. The beach is beautiful, and as you can only get to this resort by boat or about one hours walk, it is very quiet and nice. We had a very nice bungalow right on the beach, with a wonderful terrasse, where we could sit/lie and read on rainy days. The resort really lives up to its name - it is a great place for relaxation. But the best thing about this place is the fantastic staff! They made us feel at home, had a good sense of humor, and were always very helpful."

"Estuve hospedada durante 5 días. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas son decentes. Tiene toldillo para mosquitos. Pero no es realmente necesario si dejas tus cortinas y puertas cerradas nada entra y no se sale el aire acondicionado. La habitación tiene una tetera eléctrica para calentar agua y ponen diariamente 2 sobres de café, crema y té, Además de 2 botellas de agua. En el baño shampoo y jabón. Tiene una piscina pequeña pero perfecta para una refrescada cuando vienes de caminar bajo el calor. Esta super bien ubicada en el centro de la isla y cerca a la playa. Las habitaciones son tipo bungalow algunas con vista al mar. Eso sí tienes que subir escalas (muchas) y no tiene acceso a personas con movilidad reducida. Todo el personal es amigable y servicial"

"Coco Beach is a very nice hotel. We stayed in a cabin in the front with a view of the beach and pool area. And we are very pleasant by that. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was nice and the level of service was high. We did know that Phi Phi is a loud island. But it is sad that the noise from the bars on the beach is that loud. And the walls of rooms at Coco Beach are very thin. But overall we recommend the hotel. "

"This was my first time staying at this resort, and I would stay here again. For the price, it’s a great place. The location is beautiful with a gorgeous beach with shallow clear water; great for snorkeling. The restaurant on the beach has delicious Thai food and lots of other options with very affordable prices and very nice staff. The view from our room was stunning. I love that the location is away from the crowds, but because it’s on a hill it could be challenging for people with mobility challenges. There’s a covered truck with seats at back of the truck, but that can be difficult to get in and out of as well. The room and bathroom were very clean and the drinks included were appreciated. The only complaint I would have is that the bed was a bit too hard for my taste. But again, the price, beach and views outweigh that and I would stay here again. "

"Incredible location close to everything! Lovely breakfast overlooking the beautiful bay. Our rooms overlooked the pool and were clean and had everything we needed. Front desk staff were so kind and sweet. They offered a key service to leave your key there when you step out which was great. "

"Beautiful resort and service was fantastic. We had a pool hillside villa and we would definitely do it again. The buggy service makes it so easy. Also highly recommend going to the village behind the resort. It added to the experience."
