"The garden bungalows were peaceful and lovely. Excellent included buffet breakfast was a real treat. Note that Google will show the address as being in Railay West beach - however the hotel stretches between east to west beaches, with the reception right near the Railay east floating pier (check in there) and the restaurant on Railay west beach. A great location! "

"The minute we walked into reception to check in, we were welcomed warmly and made to feel at home. The staff so polite and attentive. The bungalows were rustic and made from natural materials. The sustainability criteria for this hotel was very high and we appreciated all the detail that was taken to keep the environmental impact so low. The breakfast spread was the best we’ve ever come across and the view equally as rewarding. The pool area was relaxing with some areas in the sun and some areas in the shade, along with the swim up pool bar and pool side snack menu, everything was catered for. The night lighting is also splendid around the complex. There is some noise of an evening, which of course we were warned of in advance and at the time of booking. Everything else tipped the balance for us and we just had to accept that to enjoy this hotel, we were obliged to contend with this minor problem. "

"Hotel has its own free longboat service to get help take you and your bags to and from the ferry. Walk to main part of town was short, only a tiny bit across the beach then on a path. Hotel room was nice. Pool area, bar area and bathrooms in need of some TLC."

"We had an excellent stay at the holiday resort. The resort itself was well kept and walkable and they had a taxi service to take you to the small town portion. The food was excellent and the service was amazing"

I traveled with two others who are used to fancy hotels and they weren't fond of all the stairs and missed the charm of the place so I wouldn't recommend it for any pricesses out there but for everyone else, this is a great place to stay. 🙂"
