"The hosts - Corne and her husband (and their dog Max) were extremely warm, friendly and very hospitable. The room we had was huge, clean, spacious and great! Our room had 3 beds and would have been able to sleep up to 4 persons! Think the room was actually even better than the photos! The hosts even helped us to book a free shuttle bus to a restaurant nearby 'The Black Swan' where we had the best ostrich steak ever (recommended by the hosts, and plus they gave us 2 coupons for a free glass...

"The drive up to the hotel off of the main paved road requires driving along a poorly conditioned dirt road. That part had us wondering where we had booked, but after the road - literally everything was top rated! "We had a family trip stay for 3 nights. Arrived late at night and was warmly greeted and would have given us food if we needed but we ate on the way. Friendly , helpful staff were excellent all around. Food was good to average but the service top notch! We enjoyed time by the pool was lovely. "The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was very good. However, the room (R5), was a bit worn and tired looking and lacked privacy from the adjacent pool area and the walkway to the other units. The main restaurant street is a 20 min walk away and walking after dark was not recommended. Overall, it was an ok one-night stay. However, we had expected more based on the ratings."

"Simply wonderful. We had an amazing guide, Greg (“The Postman”, because he always delivered!) who answered all our questions knowledgeably. He was simply exceptional and made our stay! A beautiful reserve, with many beautiful species. We had the three bedroom Lehele Villa and it was perfectly clean, and cleaned twice a day. We didn’t join for lunch but the breakfast and dinner menus had excellent vegan options. We particularly enjoyed the Vegan Eggs Florentine. Thank you so much, would love to visit again."
