"We had a family trip stay for 3 nights. Arrived late at night and was warmly greeted and would have given us food if we needed but we ate on the way. Friendly , helpful staff were excellent all around. Food was good to average but the service top notch! We enjoyed time by the pool was lovely. "This would have been a fantastic stay but we did book economy rooms and they were fairly basic compared to the rooms with private terraces onto the main gardens. Economy rooms seem to be for the drivers (mini bus and coach drivers etc) so I recommend checking where your room will be and perhaps going up a level. "

"The lady of the house was very accommodating, the room was very clean, great bed and bed sheets, blankets and pillows. The breakfast was very good. The thing which really threw me off was that the room was advertised as "Partially open bathroom, free toiletries, and a shower" - it turned out this means that the toilet is in the same room where the bed is, there is no walls around it, or anything like that.
