"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed overnight and paid for the next day until 6pm. Very comfortable, convenient location, great shuttle service. We enjoyed the hotel facilities. Absolutely incredible breakfast buffet! Pancakes, eggs to order, espresso machine, pastries, etc. Nice bar area. I used the spa for a facial. Only had one problem. The air con was set for 26C and we were uncomfortably hot. We were offered another room but it also had the same problem. The staff were really invested in making us happy and furnished two small fans - which really helped."

Friendly and safe hotel, with a great bar, pool and gym area as well. Easy to walk to the V&A Waterfront and close to most tourist destinations. Would highly recommend. "
