"This is our second year staying here in order to go on the Christmas train ride. It has always been clean and staff are friendly. The only issue we had this year was our tv went out and we called the front desk, they said to wiggle the cables etc and the internet may be not working. We tried all that, but it didnt work. "Room was clean and comfortable. Has a coffee maker and microwave which is nice for putting together a breakfast. Walls were thin and we could hear some loud guests in the room next door (or upstairs?) after we had gone to sleep. Would stay there again, but would put in earplugs as I went to sleep."

"Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs...
