The room was pricey but was actually one of the worst ones we’ve ever had in the Q1 so we paid for an upgrade which double the cost of our 5 night stay. I’ve never been offered the room upgrade in any of the Gold VIP access rooms I’ve booked except in Bali. Would love it if hotels in Australia honoured...
