"No one in lobby waited for an hour. Yes, an hour. Hotel looked like it should be condemned. Horrible smell. We left and never saw a single person to help us. Customer came out of room to tell us he waited 2 hours until someone came to help. I was already walking out sure to the diseased condition. I have requested my money back, but costumer service couldn't get a hold of anyone at hotel, surprise, surprise. Am hoping I've gotten my money back, will check soon. "

"Stay overall was good, only bad thing was the extremely loud fan with the heat that had no on/off switch. Had to use ear plugs to sleep the next night. Staff was very apologetic and tried to fix issue. Otherwise, stay was really good. Clean and breakfast was decent for continental at a hotel. "
