"No one in lobby waited for an hour. Yes, an hour. Hotel looked like it should be condemned. Horrible smell. We left and never saw a single person to help us. Customer came out of room to tell us he waited 2 hours until someone came to help. I was already walking out sure to the diseased condition. I have requested my money back, but costumer service couldn't get a hold of anyone at hotel, surprise, surprise. Am hoping I've gotten my money back, will check soon. "
