"We stayed only one night. Service was efficient and room was comfy. There were some sparkly confetti left on the carpet from previous guests so cleaning was not very thorough. Wallpaper from one corner of the room was peeling badly indicating a potential damp problem. The lake view was really nice and location very good."

"This was an unexpected stay. We were on a long drive along the 401 when freezing rain hit. With 2 kids in the car, it wasn't worth pushing on. We pulled off the highway and searched Expedia for familiar hotel brands, settling on this one as best available quality for reasonable price. It turned out to be an excellent choice. We checked in a little early and made a day of it, grabbing a few grocery items for the kids from a nearby No Frills. The girls absolutely loved the pool, which we had to ourselves and the gym was excellent. I was particularly pleased with a surprisingly robust selection of free-weights/dumbbells. We had a lovely time and departed at noon check-out the next day when the weather had cleared and driving was easy. Thank-you. "
