"Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages."

"Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks. We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin...

"We all enjoyed the facilities especially the pool and games room. We used the tennis court and outside play areas which kept all the children big and small amused. It was very comfortable and had a great kitchen with plenty of utensils and pots and pans."

"Once you’ve negotiated those tiny lanes, you reach this unspoilt beautiful location. To stay in such a lovely house facing the sea is so lucky. You go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves crashing up the shore. What more do you need to unwind and relax ! "
