"The staff were all absolutely wonderful!!! So helpful with all of our questions. The lower-level rooms may be a tad noisy due to train, but the train stops around 1AM. Higher level (we stayed on Floor 13) was quieter. They can keep your luggage after check-out. There's 24hr Family Mart inside the same building, very convenient! "

"Going into my trip I knew rooms in Japan were going to be small, however the small double room is actually very small. I don’t mind the tight space just because we didn’t have much luggage but the bed was probably a full size bed. So if you are two average size people, it is a small fit. Enjoyed all the amenities and kits they gave out for free, as well as being able to use a hair curler that they loan out. Super convenient! "
