"Place is not ready to be rented out..lot of things malfunctioned (esp a horribly leaky shower spraying water everywhere). Great location ..close to beaches and other things. But house needs a thorough makeover.."

"Overall, a great location and a great property with all the amenities. The grounds were meticulously looked after. Our unit was in great shape and included everything down to beach towels and snorkeling equipment. My only complaint is that the beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkeling equipment was very very beat up and pretty much falling apart. Borderline usable."

"I truly enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, and they had all the beach gear you could want. A couple of people who live there participate in the nightly conch shell ceremony."

"Unit was fully stocked with everything a family needs for tennis, the beach, and for cooking meals for yourselves. Also clean, safe, and walkable for the kam beaches and great restaurants. Pools and common grounds are very well kept"

"The apartment was good with all amenities. The inconvenience was lack of a proper restaurant and convenience store. Unless one has a car no nearly place to buy grocery and necessary things to cook in the apartment. There was only a deli where we could buy sandwich and such eatables. We had to take a taxi whenver we wanted to buy anything like milk, bread etc. No regular public transport either. Though we had a nice apartment with all kitchen utensils we could not cook anything during our stay....
