The check in was incredibly easy and over the top customer-oriented. I was alerted by text when the room was ready early. The instructions were very clear and the check in by David was super courteous and helpful. The place was clean and cool when we arrived on a hot day. Excellent reception.

My family and I had a very enjoyable one week stay at the hotel. The check in and check out was made easy, the house was fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Neighbors are quiet, and nice golf course view. Love the environment, 4mins drive to Wailea Beach, we spent 2 days in a row going to sunset at the Wailea beach. A few dinning options nearby. It exceeds my expectation, and the real scene of the room is better than website, you won't be disappoint. Just one little dip is we found small pests on the kitchen counter and bathroom counter frequently. The only bits of annoying thing. Well, I'm still going to give 5/5 star to this property regardless.

WiFi had issue and Technical support had to come to condo to repair. Master bathroom toilet had to been leaking and owner had to be contacted fir approval to be replaced during our stay and left us with 1 toilet to share for 24 hours. We had to inconvenience our invited guest with this situation.
