"I was in Cardiff for a training weekend so for me I wanted somewhere clean, near to Bute Park and most importantly safe as I was travelling alone. This is exactly what I got. The Room: The BEST shower in the world and nice shampoo aswell, a really comfortable bed for the night and as daft as it sounds- perfectly placed TV. Found the touch turn on lamp by the bed useful, not messing about trying to find a switch at 2am. Kettle and hairdryer in my room were great, and I loved the welcome...

"Can't fault the service, the breakfast was great, the staff friendly and they even did us pizza as we was running very late and missed dinner. The room was okay, only negative was the bed was small and you couldn't stand to shower, had to sit in the bath and hold the shower head, but it was fine."
