"This condo was in the most perfect location to explore the northern areas of Kauai! Even on a rainy day, we were able to explore and walk the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods. This condo was clean and well appropriated. If you don't like ladders, this isn't the place for you. There is a steep, yet sturdy and secure ladder leading up to the sleeping area. After I had used it a time or two, it was fine. "

"Very happy. Responsive host. Very well equipped, excellent location, clean and well cared for property. Our only 4 start rating Was because we didn’t realize the game room was garage conversion. The room was very well done and well appointed but not good for kiddo sleeping as there is no hvac in the room hot and noisy- especially with the door closed. It may have been described but we missed it. We would highly recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks for hosting!"

"My husband & I have stayed at many VRBOs across the country. Melodee’s place was exactly as described. It’s so nice to have an owner that will answer emails & questions immediately! As everyone has said, the views are amazing. Watching the turtles up close and the whales in the distance was a fantastic way to spend free time.
