"Condo was true to the listing, cute, comfortable and well appointed. AC and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs kept the unit cool. Stunningly beautiful ocean and sunset views from the upstairs lanai. Cozy and private lanai off the downstairs bedroom. Nearby shopping center has a grocery store and numerous shops and restaurants. Short drive north to the heart of Kona. Tons of coffee farms nearby. Quick drive or 30 minute-ish walk to the nearest beach to the north, which features black sand and snorkeling. Main living space is upstairs. Bedroom and the only bathroom are downstairs. Is basically a split-level condo - use of stairs is mandatory. So not ideal for people who have difficulty with stairs."

"Great condo. Could not be closer to the water. The pics are very accurate. We even saw humpback whales from the balcony! Great location on south side of Kona. The kitchen was well-equipped, and many pool/beach items were available for use during stay. "
