Kona Coast Resort's unit 10-104 is a spacious, 1,100 square foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that exudes a traditional Hawaiian ambiance. This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a private lanai with an ocean view. The bedroom features an eastern king-size bed, while the large living room includes a pullout couch with a queen-size bed. The split floor plan provides ample room for four people to comfortably accommodate. Parking is complimentary at Kona Coast Resort.
From the parking lot, guests can access the unit via two flights of stairs. However, STAIR-FREE ACCESS is also available, and a walking path leads directly from the condo to the road, eliminating the need for stairs altogether.
Please note that this unit lacks air conditioning. However, it enjoys good airflow and minimal direct sunlight during the day. At night, the cool air from the nearby mountains provides a refreshing breeze, making it ideal for comfortable sleeping with the use of a ceiling fan.
As a courtesy to guests, this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler. While some snorkel gear may be available, it's important to note that we don't provide snorkel equipment. Non-fitting snorkel gear can ruin the snorkeling experience, so it's best to rent your own equipment during your stay.
