"We booked this cabin for a small girls weekend and it was perfect! The view is absolutely amazing! The fireplace is cozy, just make sure you bring lots of wood to keep it going! We also enjoyed using the hot tub each night! The house was clean and in order and communication with Mountain Mama’s was great. "

The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed to cook breakfast and an easy dinner each evening. The property was beautiful with lots of tall old growth trees that were beautiful with the fall colors and even though it was in a community you felt like you were in a secluded mountain retreat because most of the homes were obsured by the trees; and it is on a dead end road...

"This place was perfect for us. Secluded and quiet area, great history, and great amenities. It’s definitely a historic cabin and may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are taller than around 5’9”, or those with physical handicaps. For us it was perfect. The managers were great and communicated with us any time we asked questions. Highly recommend. "

"We booked this property/area for its proximity to Dulles/Reagan Intl airports and Maryland where 2 of our 7 gals reside. The view is as incredible as depicted on this site and the area is quiet and relaxing. We all slept well and enjoyed cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. As we had not seen each other in ages we really wanted comfortable spaces for the 7 of us to catch up and connect. "The cabin is suitable for a short stay with all basics to have nice time. Hot tube is a plus. Tony is a good host and always in contact. Couple of small things to improve to make the stay great. The power lines are close to the cabin and they produce a noise. Great location near Cacapot Park and Sleepy Creek Lake."
