"It good hotel"

"Very large hotel about 6 minutes walk to the closest subway. The rooms are pretty small as is usually the case with Japanese hotels; maybe an upgrade would help. There wasn't much in the way of a wardrobe to unpack but luckily here there was space under the bed for suitcases which wasn't the case anywhere else we stayed. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's not very central to most of the tourist things but easy to jump on the metro from the nearest station and get around."

"Great location, beautiful views as the rooms are all at floor 19 and up. Our room had everything we needed, the staff was piloted, check in and check out were smooth. Very happy with our decision to book this hotel for our stay in Shinjuku!"
