"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. "Great property, you feel like living in your own apartment rather than hotel. It has everything (washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, stove) included in which you can stay for the whole day if you need a break. The hotel staff is great on responding your request, but you need to wait some time for them to response. Overall, it is a great choice and I will pick this property again when I visit Osaka next time. "

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. "You cannot go wrong with this wonderful apartment. It is large even by Australian standards. It had very comfortable beds and a seperate toilet and bathroom so both could be used at the same time. There is no front desk but this is not an issue. Check in is via touch screen in the foyer and was very easy. Location is wonderful- safe and I think a classy part of Osaka. Transport options are about a 7 min walk and the hustle and bustle of Osaka is approximately about 5 minutes train or 20 minute...

"Our second time at the Minn apartment hotel. High quality service, apartment is very clean and provide all the modern amenities, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Location was duperb with Osaka station being 5 minutes walk away. Higjly recommend. "
