"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"This place was a gem and within walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes of the most popular places for dining, shopping and cultural sights like temples / museums. It sits in a neighborhood surrounded by local businesses which I suggest people support and truly worthy. You will receive really genuine treatment and courtesy. We booked 1202 - roof top with balcony and clear view of the city. Its spacious just like many noted in their reviews compared to other places. Theres a foyer upon entering...

"Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. For people who are sensitive to noise, better mentioning your specific request. Will be happy to try those three quiet rooms next time."

"Excellent apartment. We stayed in a room with a separate closed off sleeping area for our 6-year-old which worked really well. Facilities are great. There are three konbini within a minute's walk and 10 minutes walk to the Osaka loop line. Impressively quiet"

"Having 2 toilet is really good for a group of 4, we’ve chosen a room with loft. Dotonbori is not that far, will take approximately 8mins walk. There’s a supermarket very close to the place which is cheaper than buying in convenience store. "

"My family enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Dotonbori and other tourist venues in the surrounding areas. We also loved the fact that it felt like a home away from home. The amenities in the room such as the kitchenette, the washer/dryer, the air- conditioner, etc. made our stay feel more like apartment living. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! "
