"Unit 61 was private, quiet, large queen bed (nice linens and great mattress & pillows), murphy bed and kitchen area with full size gas stove, microwave, and small but functional fridge & freezer. A window air conditioner in the bedroom cooled the whole unit--as cold as you would ever want! The locked, covered deck with ceiling fan with pali and jungle view was a delight. "We’re from Florida and this was our first trip to Hawaii and first VRBO rental. This place is a mansion and the view was exceptional! The caretakers Taylor and Connie are lovely people polite and considerate. There were 14 in our party 3 of our children stayed in the villa and everyone else in the Manor. Gen and Brooke were always quick to reply through VRBO. Much appreciated and an awesome experience. 10 stars"

"Small negative: The Kitchen lists an oven and a microwave. I knew there was no oven. I had inquired about the microwave about 2 months before our trip. The response was they hoped to have one but could not guarantee. A small disappointment as it safer than a hotplate & limited reheating or just making tea, instant oatmeal. Never found the laundryroom. Didn't need it but suggest signage. Many positives: Liked the door which separated the toilet & shower from the walkthrough bathroom sink/vanity....
