"After doing some research of the various areas we wanted to stay I had narrowed it down to Kihei, Lahaina, and Waimea. These were the prime areas for good eats, best beaches, and in close proximity to shopping. Having said this, there are literally hundreds of units to stay even in Lahaina. Narrowing the search more, I knew I wanted an ocean front view, a kitchen because I like to prepare my own meals and walking distance to a beach for the kids.
