"We enjoyed staying in the “A” suite as it had excellent cross flow ventilation and was actually reasonably large. The high (10 or 11 foot) ceilings make it feel open too. The suite was renovated so that everything is clean and functional. We never saw a bug in the place. The furniture is good quality and beach chairs/ umbrella were appreciated. "Thank you for sharing your beautiful little paradise with us. The kids had a blast! We loved Haiku. The grocery store there had everything we needed. Colleens was a nice place to go for a big breakfast! Baby beach (near baldwin beach) was one of my favorite spots to visit. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the cottage. It is very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The kitchen is well stocked we were very comfortable. The view is lovely and the location is great with many dining excellent dining options within walking distance. We definitely recommend this property!"

"That's what we felt like the entire two weeks, a winner. All kitchen appliances, W&D, ceiling fans etc were in tip-top shape. Kingsize bed in larger bedroom was comfortable. We have rented in ICC before and like the setting very much. The west view of sunsets the front room is a great way to close out a day on Maui and this cottage has the best view we have had at ICC. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope for a repeat as soon as possible. "

"We were in Maui to visit a friend who is suffering from Parkinson’s, to meet his local friends/support team and to celebrate his 72nd birthday. The house was a great location. The problem is that the bathroom room sink was broken for about half the time we were there.n"

"The property was perfect for our family with an 8 and 10 year old. The kids slept on the lanai and were very comfortable. It really felt like you were out in nature. John was welcoming and the fresh bananas were great. We split our trip up with one week here and one week on the south shore and we’re very happy we did. "

"Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here. There was enough space for everyone and it really is just a 5 minute walk to Airport Beach (also known as Kahekili). We had no problems with cleaniless. The little complex the cottage is apart of is quiet and well maintained. Our family spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the ocean view and breezes. We would definietly stay here again. "

"My wife and I stayed in the Gingerbread House for a week in June. Eve welcomed us and helped us get oriented with the area, even suggesting places to visit and restaurants to check out. She was very quick to respond to questions. The location of the Gingerbread House itself is generally located in the middle of Maui away from the resorts, where we were able to enjoy a more authentic Hawaiian experience. "This is my 2nd time staying here was a great overall experience. Room was clean no bugs or little critters. Kitchen makes it easy to make your own meals to save money. Will definitely stay here again highly recommend "
