This was our first trip to Maui, and we wanted a home base for exploration that was away from the more touristy parts of the island. Given the traffic gridlock elsewhere on the island, this proved to be a good decision. Very low-key and chill, this was the ideal spot for heading west to Road to Hana, east to Lahaina, or South to Wailua."

"Doesn’t look like much on the outside but once you get past the front door it is very quaint. I love the privacy and intimate atmosphere. The cute pink aesthetic is picturesque. The staff welcomed us kindly and we felt very safe. I loved our ocean view and sitting on the balcony in the morning with complimentary coffee. Our room was very clean and we had fresh sheets every night. I’d love to stay again some day. Thank you Maui Garden Oasis! "

"Great place and wonderful staff! A few small negatives… Only thing I didn’t like was all of the extra fees at the end. I think it was $35/day added plus a lot of little taxes. Parking is difficult as well, but we’re young and didn’t affect us much with a little walking to get to the room. Just a heads up for any elderly visitors. "
