"Charlotte and Daniel are very welcoming and accommodating and very genuine people. Beautiful home with a very spacious outside patio/kitchen area w a hammock and dining table. Great location, minutes from Brasilito beach and playa Conchal! Forketta down the road is also a very decent Italian restaurant. Would definitely stay again!! And again!! "

"We had an amazing stay. My husband and I had our morning coffee watching the monkeys in the trees. We had beach access across the street, stores with a minute walk. Cabin was clean and cozy. Easy to talk with the property manager. Got meet the owner She was lovely. We are already planning on going back staying here."

Ils nous ont reconduit vers un autre motel et heureusement car nous avons découvert quand nous sommes arrivés qu'il était placé à côté d'une piste d'atterrissage. "Hotels.com has the location marked wrong on the map. It is NOT anywhere close to the beach. Luckily I was able to hitch a ride into Tamarindo and get a rental car for the duration of my stay. I probably would not have considered this place if it was marked correctly on the map, but I'im glad I stayed here. That being said, everything else about this place is great! Nice modern kitchen and outdoor grill. Everything was newly renovated and very clean. AC was nice and cold. My only gripe was that...

"Creo que el precio es muy elevado para lo ofrecido. Las instalaciones son muy sencillas, baño afuera. El colchón es muy incómodo, así como las almohadas. Pelos en la cama a mi llegada. Procuraría no regresar."

"The house was as described. I have never had so much service with VRBO. They gave great recommendations, from the tour company to where to eat. "Highly recommend the little place down the road called Tropical Restaurante Lochito." I would use this property group again and again."

"The pictures on line are older, and do not reflect present conditions. We enjoyed our stay, great location. BUT, the place badly needs to be updated and is not well maintained. Just a lot of little things. The biggest problem was that the host was not truthful when asked about the hot tub. I specifically asked if it was working (because of earlier reviews) and was told it was working, it was not, probably has not worked in awhile, the pump motor is buried in sand.
