"We received kind service upon check in, we had a car but no where to park, the staff moved his car from his spot so we could park our car. There was a helpful information sheet in prepared in English to assist us with Korean hotel custom and other FAQ. Room was clean with nice polished wooden floors. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available.
